Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Original proof of purchase must accompany the return
- Certain items marked as non-returnable are excluded (see below)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following bowling products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bowling shoes (all brands including Brunswick, BSI, and Classic)
- Bowling apparel (worn items)
- Personalized or custom bowling gifts
- Opened packages of bowling accessories

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories. Affix the return label provided (if applicable) or ship to:

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Exchange Process
For exchanges of bowling balls or accessories:

- We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Damaged or Defective Items
If your bowling equipment arrives damaged or defective:

International Returns
For customers outside the U.S. (excluding restricted Asian and remote regions):
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees

- Refunds will exclude original international shipping costs
